OUR FIRM
The law firm of Zipkin Whiting Co., L.P.A. was founded in 1964, when Lewis A. Zipkin began practicing law in Cleveland, Ohio following his graduation from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
While his practice was initially varied, his interest in civil rights law led him to begin specializing in cases that dealt with social justice issues.
In the 1990s, he was joined by former Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judges Adrian B. Fink Jr. and Herbert Whiting. Eventually the firm became known for its work in the employment discrimination and wrongful termination arena.
Over the years, the law firm of Zipkin Whiting Co., L.P.A. has secured favorable outcomes for hundreds of clients. It is selective about taking on cases for representation and seeks to resolve conflicts outside of the courtroom whenever possible.
