Providing office support for Zipkin Whiting and Zipkin Properties employees; Managing the order of supplies and services for the office; Assisting with property issues and tenant maintenance needs for Zipkin Properties; Preparing and paying office bills; Scheduling client intake and meetings; Requesting injury clients' medical records, billing information and medical reports; Preparing packets on injury clients for presentation to the tortfeasor's insurance company for settlement;
Notarizing documents for attorneys and clients; Handling payments from Zipkin Whiting and Zipkin Properties' clients.
